Customer Reviews

This vitamin comes highly recommended by Dr. Sherry A. Rogers in her book, "Detoxify or Die".
Not only is she an M.D., she healed herself from Environmental Illness which changed the course of her practice and her assumptions based on her medical training.
She sought to find the best supplements that had minimal negative effects on people, especially those who are chemically sensitive.
However, chemical sensitivity is not the only issue here. You want to get the best possible kind of E which is natural as opposed to synthetic. And you want a good mix.
Ingredients
Vitamin E: 400IU, D-Gamma Tocopherol: 100mg, D-BETA ; D-DELTA TOCOPHEROL: 40mg, TOTAL TOCOTRIENOLS: 20mg
What you DON'T want is a synthetic source of Vitamin E. You will know the difference as synthetic forms of vitamin E are labeled with a dl- prefix.
Researchers have found that natural vitamin E assimilates far better than synthetic versions. Specific binding and transport proteins produced in the liver select the natural d-alpha form of vitamin E and largely ignore all other forms.
I take this as one of my daily anti-oxidants in order to clean up after taking my EFAs.
I purchase varying sizes depending upon my personal needs and the needs of my household.
