Annatto tocotrienols have the best efficacy, because they're highest in delta ; gamma tocotrienols. Lots of clinical research indicates they are good for the heart (they lower LDL cholesterol) ; they're anti-carcinogenic (they destroy the blood supply to malignant tumors). While I don't feel noticeably different when taking them, I'm relying of the clinical research.
Finally some competition to Twinlabs tocos. For years now Twinlab was the only good tocotrienol sup on the market. And now the Dr is in the house and much cheaper BTW. And yes tocotrienols are one of my fav supplements, right up there with Dr. Bests cucurmin with bioperine.
