I admit that I researched the vitamin E choices for almost an hour before deciding on this one. Yeah, I know, that's crazy. I'm so happy I did, though, because having the different types of vitamin E is more effective than simply having one type. The price is good, especially for having almost a year's worth of vitamins, and the capsules go down easily. My skin felt softer within a few weeks of using it, although I can't say for certain the vitamin E is the reason. Either way, this was another purchase I'm happy to make again from this seller.
