i've been taking vitamin e for many years -- since sometime around 1975. and i probably have been using the nature made brand about that long also. i've tried other brands of vitamin e, but i keep coming back to nature made. their products just seem to be more effective [with regards to this particular product].
in the beginning i was taking 2 - 400 IU of vitamin e a day - one in the morning, one at night. but as one ages, and one's sleeping patterns changes, it has just proven to be easier to move to a higher dosage and just take it once a day.
