This product has both tocopherols and tocotrienols with not too much of d-alpha tocopherol (60 IU), which is counter productive even dangerous when taken in large amounts. Jarrow is a respectable and quality brand too.
Did I notice any improvements? It's hard to tell with any nutritional product unless the impact is sudden and drastic. However, I'm strictly going by the available research out there unless proven otherwise.
Excellent source of balanced tocotrienols with several added antioxidants including pantithene. The only drawback is that the price isn't the best on the web or on Amazon.
