This vitamin e may be "nature Made", but it isn't natural vitamin e. It's synthetic. Look at the ingredients and it lists the vitamin e as dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate. The dl means it is synthetic and derived from petroleum products. If you want the natural vitamin e, look for d-alpha tocopherol.

My 82 year old grandmother swears by them! She started taking Vitamin E in her 20's and she always gets questioned when she presents her Senior Identification card. They think she's lying or it's a fake ID! She doesn't look a day over 55! I began taking them for 7 years and everyone always compliments my skin.
