This is a quality product in a hard to find size (200 mg). I've been taking Vitamin E for almost 40 years, most of that time in a 400 mg dose. I've since learned that V E is a major blood thinner, especially if taken over a long period of time since it accumulates in the body, so after consulting with my physician, I reduced the dosage to 200 mg. This becomes an issue if you require surgery or suffer an accident where bleeding becomes an issue.
