This is the natural form of Vitamin E (d-alpha), which for some reason is hard to find? Most of the Vitamin E supplements, even the ones that say 'made with natural' on the label, are actually upon closer examination a mixture of both natural ; synthetic Vitamin E. The D-Alpha tocopherol Vitamin E is easier to use by your body, so it's a better value to go that way if possible.
The pills themselves are very tiny, which is a plus if you don't like taking pills. We signed up for 'subscribe ; save' on these ; got a discount, which makes these particular pills the best value I could find.
